About the Role House of Aesthetics is looking for a friendly, responsible, and organised professional to join our team. The role combines phlebotomy, medication dispensing, pharmacy stock management, and basic appointment coordination in a premium dermatology and aesthetics clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform blood collection and IV drips while following strict safety and hygiene protocols.
- Dispense prescribed medicines and explain dosage, timing, duration, and usage clearly to patients.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, billing, and stock records using Marg ERP software, ensuring accurate tracking of expiry dates and timely replenishment.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient coordination as required.
- Maintain accurate records, organised work areas, and patient confidentiality.
- Support the team with routine clinic operations as needed.

Eligibility & Skills





- Software Proficiency: Mandatory experience using Marg software for inventory, stock management, and billing.
- Qualification: D.Pharm or a recognised phlebotomy qualification is required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a hospital, diagnostic centre, pharmacy, dermatology clinic, or healthcare facility.
- Technical Skills: Practical knowledge of blood collection, medication dispensing, and stock management.
- Soft Skills: Good communication skills, a patient-friendly approach, organised, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
