Core Objective

To deliver discreet, proactive, luxury-standard personal service to the promoter family and guests across daily comfort, fine dining, wardrobe management, healthcare support, and travel logistics, ensuring all properties run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

- Personal & Health Support: Anticipate daily needs, manage suite readiness, track daily vitals, and coordinate medication/physician schedules.
- Wardrobe & Valet: Oversee garment pressing, care of luxury fabrics, travel packing/unpacking, and asset inventory.
- Dining & Hospitality: Lead formal silver service, guest receptions,



event execution, and menu coordination with private chefs.
- Travel & Operations: Accompany family on trips, prepare multi-location residences prior to arrival, and run daily morning staff briefings.
- Inventory & Compliance: Maintain digital tracking of luxury items (china, crystal, silver, wine cellar), provisions, and enforce strict discretion/security.

Key Candidate Competencies

- Technical: High-end valeting, table protocol, household app usage, smart-home systems, and luxury inventory management.
