Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Personal Trading Mentor who can train and guide students in financial markets, trading concepts, and practical market analysis.The ideal candidate should have strong trading knowledge, practical market experience, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.

The role involves conducting training sessions, providing one-on-one guidance to working professionals, answering trading-related queries, and helping students build disciplined trading skills.Teaching or mentoring experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Candidates with robust trading expertise and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Work Arrangement : Hybrid Employment but preference to Onsite availability

Work Location : Murali Nagar, Visakhapatnam (Vizag)

1. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct live training sessions on trading concepts and strategies.
2. Guide students through their trading learning journey.

Teach topics including:

- Stock market fundamentals
- Technical analysis
- Price action
- Chart reading
- Trading psychology
- Risk management
- Trading strategies and execution

4.Provide practical market examples and help students analyze trades independently. 5.Track student progress and provide feedback with one on one online presence.

6.Create an engaging learning environment.

7.Stay updated with market trends and trading practices.

Salary & Incentives The trainer will receive a fixed monthly compensation of ₹20,000.

In addition, performance-based incentives will be provided for every student enrolled and mentored.

- Tool-Based Learning Requirement. The training program involves tool-based learning using specific trading platforms/tools.
- The candidate must be willing to learn and use the company's trading tools.
- Integrate these tools into training sessions.
- Guide students on practical usage and application.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading.
- Practical trading experience in equity, derivatives, or related markets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in telugu and english.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners and experienced learners.
- Confidence in conducting live sessions and handling student queries.
- Good analytical skills and a disciplined approach to trading.
- Must be punctual.

Preferred Requirements

- Experience as a trader, market analyst, or trading coach.
- Teaching/training experience is preferred but not required.
