Role: Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in running paid campaigns and generating quality leads, preferably in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, launch, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage lead generation campaigns for real estate projects.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
- Perform A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and reduce CPL.
- Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
