The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing/ Google & Meta Ads Specialist who understands the unique challenges and opportunities of e-commerce, specifically within the fashion industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive qualified traffic to our website and boost sales.

Responsibilities:

Run Google and Meta Ads campaigns to deliver consistently high ROAS and drive sales on our Shopify platforms

Develop and execute a robust SEO strategy for our e-commerce store, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities related to our products and brand.

Optimize product pages, category pages, and blog content for search engines and user experience.

Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues such as broken links, crawl errors, and site speed problems.

Manage and execute link-building campaigns to improve our domain authority.

Analyze and report on key SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and others.

Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO, GEO, AIO and AEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Collaborate with the marketing, content, and e-commerce teams to ensure SEO is integrated into all online initiatives.

Requirements:





Proven experience as a Perofrmance Marketing and SEO Specialist, preferably within the e-commerce or fashion industry.

Experience of running Meta and Google Ads that deliver high ROAS

Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g.,Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).

Experience with keyword research and competitive analysis.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture as it relates to SEO.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

A passion for the fashion industry and a creative mindset.

Bonus Points:

Experience with a Shopify or similar e-commerce platform.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).

Experience with PPC or other digital marketing channels.
