Performance Marketing Specialist (In-House)

The Role

You will own paid acquisition end to end and be accountable for business outcomes, not just campaign metrics. The role sits close to leadership with high ownership and direct influence on growth decisions.

Responsibilities

1. Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and YouTube
2. Manage budgets for profitable growth; own ROAS, MER, CAC, CPA, CVR and AOV
3. Build prospecting, retargeting, lookalike and remarketing strategies
4. Brief and iterate on UGC, video ads and hooks with the creative team
5.



Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages
6. Analyse the funnel from ad to checkout, identify drop-offs and drive CRO fixes
7. Deliver daily, weekly and monthly reporting with product-level profitability
8. Track competitors, test new acquisition channels and maintain an experimentation roadmap

Requirements

1. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
2. Working knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel & Conversions API, and Google Tag Manager
3. Practical use of Claude and other AI tools for research, analysis, content and automation
4. Familiarity with Windsor ai or similar reporting/attribution tools
5. Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
6. Robust analytical thinking and comfort working with numbers
