Key Responsibilities

- Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor budgets, bids, targeting, creatives, keywords, and campaign performance.
- Track CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and other performance metrics.
- Use Singular for attribution and campaign performance analysis.
- Use Mixpanel to analyze funnels, cohorts, retention, conversion, and user behaviour.
- Identify performance issues and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Support A/B testing of campaigns, creatives, audiences, and messaging.
- Work with the Creative team to improve performance-driven creatives.
- Prepare performance reports and communicate key insights and optimization opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, User Acquisition, or Growth Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Working experience with Singular for attribution and campaign analysis.
- Working experience with Mixpanel for funnels, cohorts, retention, and user behaviour analysis.
- Good understanding of CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates.
- Experience with consumer apps, mobile products, or digital products is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets and performance dashboards.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership of campaign performance.
