Centerline is looking for a Performance Marketer to generate qualified patient enquiries and drive consultation bookings across our clinics.

Our patients include people with persistent or severe back pain, disc-related conditions, arthritis, and joint problems who are exploring non-surgical treatment options. We need someone who can communicate our services clearly, build trust, and turn campaign interest into clinic visits.

This role requires ownership of the complete marketing funnel—from ad strategy and creative testing to lead quality, appointment conversion, and treatment revenue.

Key responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google for spine, arthritis, and other physiotherapy services.
- Create separate campaign strategies for different conditions, clinic locations, and patient audiences.
- Develop compelling ad angles around patients’ daily challenges, treatment concerns, and reasons for seeking care.
- Work with our clinical team and content creators to produce effective videos, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Turn educational content, founder videos, and appropriately consented patient testimonials into campaign creatives.
- Test audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages systematically to improve performance.
- Generate qualified enquiries and evaluate lead quality using feedback from patient coordinators.
- Work closely with the enquiry-handling team to improve follow-up, consultation bookings, and appointment attendance.
- Build retargeting campaigns for people who have watched videos, visited our website, or previously enquired.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, including Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
- Track cost per qualified lead, cost per attended consultation, patient acquisition cost,



and attributable treatment revenue.
- Analyse performance by clinic, service, and campaign, and recommend budget allocation based on results.
- Maintain clear reporting on spend, conversions, lead quality, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure healthcare advertising uses accurate claims, respects patient privacy, and follows platform policies.

Qualifications and skills
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads for lead generation.
- Experience in healthcare, clinics, or services where customers need consultation before purchasing is preferred.
- Robust understanding of conversion tracking, campaign analysis, and funnel optimisation.
- Ability to write persuasive, responsible ad copy and develop effective video briefs.
- Experience connecting campaign data with CRM and sales or patient-coordination feedback.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain results clearly.
- Understanding of Malayalam-speaking audiences and the Kerala market preferred.
- Ability to coordinate campaigns across multiple clinic locations.

Who we are looking for Someone who takes responsibility for business outcomes and understands that a low-cost enquiry is only useful when it comes from a relevant prospective patient. You should be comfortable testing ideas, identifying conversion gaps, and working with our team to improve both patient acquisition and marketing efficiency.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
