Uttaranchal University is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager should be a graduate in any stream from a recognized University with good communication skills.

2-3 years of progressive experience in educational marketing, business development or student recruitment.

Proven record of achieving outreach, lead, application and admission targets.

Convert outreach into leads, leads into applications and applications into admissions. Demonstrated experience in on boarding, managing and driving student enrollments through educational agencies and independant consultants.

Ability to identify, negotiate with and sign contracts with reputable admission consultants and education agencies across target regions.

Build solid rapport with consultants by providing training, updated promotional collateral, fee structure details and target incentives.

Design and execute offline/online activities like education fairs, school outreach and seminars.
