We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive high-quality leads and digital growth across our real estate projects.

? Key Responsibilities

- Plan & manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube & other digital platforms
- Drive qualified leads, site visits & bookings
- Optimize CPL, CPQL, conversion rates, CAC & ROAS
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, remarketing & A/B testing
- Track performance through GA4, GTM, CRM & dashboards
- Work closely with Sales, CRM, Creative & Marketing teams
- Analyze campaign data and drive continuous performance improvement

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 5–8 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience
- Have strong expertise in Google & Meta Ads
- Have experience in Real Estate / high-ticket lead generation
- Are highly data-driven with solid analytical & commercial acumen
- Understand the complete funnel: Lead → Qualified Lead → Site Visit → Booking
