36 years of hands-on performance marketing experience; experience in auto, classifieds, marketplaces, or content platforms is preferred
Proven experience managing budgets up to 1 Cr across Google & Meta
Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 & GTM
Strong command over remarketing building audiences, sequencing touchpoints, and driving conversions
Solid understanding of GA4 to track the complete user journey, from first click to final conversion
Experience running both B2C and B2B campaigns (a robust plus)
Strong analytical chops, Excel/Sheets proficiency; SQL is a bonus
