We're a creative agency that shoots, designs and runs ads for real estate and D2C brands. Our builder clients stay for years because our leads turn into site visits. Now we need someone to own the ads behind that.

What you'll own

- Meta and Google lead campaigns for real estate and D2C clients
- CPL, lead quality and site visits for every account
- Weekly creative tests with our video and design team
- A short weekly client report

You're the right fit if

- You've run Meta or Google ads, even small campaigns, and can show the numbers
- You're a fresher with real practice or an experienced marketer with results
- You'd rather fix a failing campaign tonight than explain it next week
