Performance Marketing Manager Meta, Google & YouTube Ads

This is a high-ownership role for someone who can combine hands-on performance marketing with strategic thinking.

You will work directly with the CEO and take ownership of lead generation across Meta, Google Search and paid YouTube campaigns, with a explicit focus on improving lead quality, qualified CPL, conversions and ROI.

The role will play an important part in scaling the business, expanding customer acquisition and contributing directly to business development and revenue growth.

You will also manage and coordinate internal team members, external agencies, freelancers and specialist partners, ensuring all marketing resources work toward common campaign and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and optimise Meta Ads, Google Ads and paid YouTube campaigns for qualified lead generation.
- Manage campaign strategy, budgets, audiences, retargeting and creative testing across paid channels.
- Design, track and optimise lead-generation funnels, including landing pages, lead forms, qualification, nurturing and conversion journeys.
- Improve performance across the funnel from lead to qualified lead, consultation and business opportunity.
- Analyse advertising and CRM data to improve lead quality, conversion rates, attribution and ROI.
- Work closely with the CEO on growth priorities, customer acquisition and new market opportunities.
- Manage internal resources, agencies, freelancers and specialists across campaign execution and creative.
- Strengthen tracking, reporting and optimisation using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI, CRM integrations, AI and automation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing,



paid media or growth marketing.
- Strong practical experience managing Meta Ads, Google Search and YouTube Ads.
- Proven track record in high-ticket B2C lead generation; experience in financial services, real estate, immigration, education, consulting or premium services will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, funnels, audience targeting, retargeting, video advertising and conversion tracking.
- Experience managing junior team members and coordinating with agencies or external partners.
- Strong communication, commercial thinking and confidence working directly with senior leadership.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, automation and emerging marketing technologies.

MBA/MMS/PGDM in Marketing or a relevant engineering background is strongly preferred, along with proven hands-on performance marketing results.
