We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Expert

Role Overview looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Expert to own our paid media presence on Google and Meta. You will manage campaigns end-to-end, optimise for efficiency and revenue, and work closely with our creative team to ensure every ad is working as hard as possible.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across the full catalogue.

Monitor and optimise ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CVR with clear weekly targets.

- Coordinate with e-commerce manager, brand manager to achieve specific targets and product launches.

— Build and maintain campaign structure, audience segmentation, and retargeting flows. — Conduct creative briefing and performance feedback to the design team based on ad data.





— Deliver weekly performance reports with transparent commentary and recommended actions.

— Plan and execute paid campaigns for product launches and sales events.

Required Profile

— 3+ years hands-on Google and Meta Ads experience with a proven revenue impact.

— Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics / GA4.

— Strong analytical skills — you turn data into action, not just slides.

— Experience with pixel setup, conversion tracking, and attribution modelling.

— Clear communicator who escalates early and owns outcomes.
