Position : Sr. Performance Marketing Executive For Cosmetic Industry

Location : Delhi/NCR

Experience : 5 Years

Key Requirements:

- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Meta & Google Ads .
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPC, CTR and conversion rate .
- Experience with Google Search, Shopping, PMax, Display & YouTube Ads .
- Experience with catalog ads, remarketing, lookalike audiences, campaign scaling and A/B testing .
- Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Meta Ads Manager and conversion tracking .
- Ability to manage campaign budgets, audiences, creatives and daily optimizations.
- Strong analytical skills with good proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets .
- Performance-driven, execution-focused and comfortable working in a rapid-paced D2C environment.
