Job Overview

Adxventure is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing paid advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data, and optimizing campaigns to generate quality leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Perform keyword research and audience targeting
- Create and optimize Search, Display, and social media campaigns
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and overall campaign performance
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports
- Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in Google Ads and Meta Ads

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience in Performance Marketing




- Good knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, bidding, and campaign optimization
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is preferred
- Understanding of conversion tracking and performance metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with multiple campaigns and deadlines
