Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage digital marketing activities across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, audiences, and key metrics.
- Analyze campaign data and provide performance insights.
- Manage and monitor clients' social media accounts.
- Monitor leads and coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality.
- Prepare campaign reports and maintain marketing documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, creative teams,



and internal teams.
- Manage ad account, billing, access, and policy-related requirements.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and GA4.
- Valuable understanding of lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
