Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven performance marketing professional to manage paid campaigns, generate leads, improve conversions, and drive ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads & paid campaigns.
- Plan strategies based on business goals and target audience.
- Manage budgets, targeting, bidding & optimization.
- Track and improve ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR & ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads and creatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with Creative, Content & Influencer teams.
- Track leads, conversions and customer acquisition.
- Conduct competitor and market research.




- Troubleshoot campaign and tracking issues.
- Stay updated with digital advertising trends.
- Work towards lead generation, sales and ROI targets.

Ideal Candidate:

- 3–4 years of hands-on Performance Marketing/Paid Media experience.
- Solid knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads.
- Analytical and data-driven approach.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.
