About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Google and Meta, for B2B, B2C and D2C clients.

Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting across accounts
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize for CPL/ROAS/conversions
- Prepare performance reports and share insights with the strategy team
- Stay updated on platform changes and ad policy updates

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Proven experience managing both ad campaigns
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with campaign data and reporting tools
- Bangalore-based or willing to relocate; must be able to work on-site
