Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and performance-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of digital advertising, campaign management, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and make necessary improvements.
- Track important metrics such as leads, conversions, CPC, CTR, and ROI.
- Conduct basic keyword and audience research.
- Create and test different ad campaigns, creatives, and audiences.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share campaign insights.
- Coordinate with the content and design teams for marketing creatives.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising practices.

Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign performance.
- Valuable analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to monitor and optimize campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets will be an advantage.
- Candidates who have hands-on experience running marketing campaigns are preferred.
