Salary Range: ₹3.6 LPA–₹4.8 LPA CTC About FX Retina FX Retina is a digital marketing agency looking for a skilled Performance Marketer in Lucknow with hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Lead Generation, and D2C/E-commerce advertising campaigns.

We are looking for a data-driven skilled who can manage multiple client accounts, optimise ad performance, control acquisition costs, and scale campaigns to deliver measurable business results.

This is a strictly work-from-office position. Remote, hybrid, freelance, and part-time applications will not be considered. Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage campaigns for Lead Generation and D2C/E-commerce businesses.
- Monitor daily ad spend, campaign performance, and account health.
- Optimise key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities to improve targeting, creatives, landing pages, and conversion rates.
- Develop testing strategies and scale winning campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.




- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and copywriters for ad creatives.
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and implement data-driven optimisation strategies.
- Take complete ownership of assigned accounts and proactively resolve performance issues.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Advertising.
- Proven experience in Meta Ads and Lead Generation campaigns.
- Experience managing D2C/E-commerce advertising campaigns.
- Google Ads experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion tracking, marketing funnels, and campaign optimisation.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and advertising budgets.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and accountability.
- Comfortable working full-time from our office in Lucknow.
