About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Performance Marketing Executive with 4+ years of experience in digital advertising. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, strong media planning capabilities, and the ability to drive measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision-making.

This role requires someone who can independently manage campaign performance, collaborate effectively with clients, and work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Media Planning

- Develop media strategies, campaign structures, audience targeting plans, and funnel-based approaches across Meta and Google platforms.
- Align campaign objectives with business and marketing goals.

Campaign Execution & Management

- Set up, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Conduct A/B testing and creative experimentation to improve campaign performance.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Campaign Monitoring & Optimization

- Continuously monitor campaign performance and key metrics.
- Analyze data and implement optimization strategies to improve ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPL, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable improvements.

Research & Competitor Analysis

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, audience insights, and opportunities for campaign enhancement.

Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare regular performance reports and present campaign insights.




- Analyze marketing data to measure effectiveness and support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate campaign tracking and reporting dashboards.

Client Management

- Act as a key point of contact for clients.
- Provide campaign updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.

AI-Driven Marketing & Problem Solving

- Leverage AI tools to analyze campaign performance, streamline workflows, generate insights, and improve efficiency.
- Apply innovative solutions to address campaign-related challenges and enhance outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

- 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong expertise in media planning, campaign execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder communications.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and assets while meeting tight deadlines.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Experience with campaign reporting and performance analysis tools.
- Good understanding of AI tools and their application in marketing.

Marketing Knowledge
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, consumer behavior, customer journeys, and conversion funnels.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Understanding of how brand marketing and performance marketing work together to drive business growth.
