About Us

AK Traders is a fast-growing e-commerce brand running multiple Shopify stores. We sell every type of product: clothing, jewellery, toys, kids products, skin care, hair care, problem-solving gadgets and more. We test fast, scale winners, and are looking for advanced-level people who want to grow with us.

Role 1: Performance Marketer (4 Openings)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹27,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

What you'll do

- Plan, launch and scale Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) across all product categories
- Test new products quickly and scale the winners profitably
- Build audiences, retargeting, lookalikes and Advantage+ campaigns
- Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, audiences and offers
- Track ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rate daily and optimise campaigns
- Ensure Meta Pixel and Conversions API tracking work correctly
- Handle Shopify store updates, offers and discounts
- Share weekly performance reports with clear insights and next steps

What we're looking for

- 1+ year of hands-on Meta Ads experience (mandatory)
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify (mandatory)
- Proven experience scaling e-commerce or dropshipping campaigns
- Experience running ads across different product categories
- Strong understanding of ad metrics and data-driven decision making
- Good to have: Canva, basic video editing or Google Ads

Role 2: Product Researcher (2 Openings) Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

What you'll do

- Find winning products across all categories: fashion, jewellery, toys, kids, skin care, hair care, problem-solving gadgets and more
- Research trends using Meta Ad Library,



TikTok, Amazon, AliExpress and competitor stores
- Analyse demand, competition, pricing and profit margins before shortlisting
- List products on Shopify with strong titles, descriptions, images, variants and pricing
- Manage collections, product pages and day-to-day store operations
- Share a weekly shortlist of strong products with clear reasons

What we're looking for

- Complete Shopify store handling, including product listing (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce and dropshipping (mandatory)
- Proven ability to spot winning products before they saturate
- Good understanding of what sells in different categories
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets
