We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketer who can drive quality leads, improve campaign performance, and maximize marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
- Develop lead generation and customer acquisition strategies to achieve business targets.
- Optimize campaigns to reduce CPL and CAC while improving lead quality and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, A/B testing, and budget optimization.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives, video ads, hooks, and ad copies.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, and retargeting campaigns.
- Explore AI-powered marketing tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency and performance.




- Prepare regular campaign reports and implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple campaigns and coordinate with internal teams to achieve marketing goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, paid advertising, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on campaign performance.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, retargeting, and marketing funnels.
- Familiarity with AI tools and marketing automation is an advantage.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of campaigns, and meet performance targets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Min 3-5 yrs of relevant experience in a digital marketing agency, ed-tech, e-commerce, or lead-generation business.
- A proven track record of generating quality leads and improving campaign performance.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, GTM, CRM systems, and AI-driven campaign automation.
