Role Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with 2-5 years of experience who can plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be confident in handling client interactions, and be performance-driven with a good understanding of lead generation and ROI-focused campaigns.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Generate quality leads and improve campaign performance metrics
- Monitor ad spend, ROAS, CPL, CTR, and overall campaign efficiency
- Create campaign strategies based on client goals and business objectives




- Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and copy
- Prepare performance reports and present insights to clients
- Handle client communication professionally and manage expectations
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing
- Track conversions using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and GTM
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates

Requirements:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Good understanding of lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle client meetings and campaign discussions
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in handling multiple client accounts
- Basic knowledge of landing pages and CRO
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting dashboards
