About the Role: We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who understands paid advertising, lead generation and campaign optimization and can help brands achieve measurable results.

What You’ll Do:

- Plan, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor leads, conversions, CPC, CPL, CTR and overall campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns to improve results and reduce unnecessary ad spend.
- Conduct basic audience, competitor and keyword research.
- Create and test different ad copies, creatives and audience segments.
- Coordinate with the Social Media, Graphic Design and Content teams for ad creatives.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.




- Identify areas for improvement and suggest recent campaign strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in digital advertising.

What We’re Looking For:

- 6 months–2 years of experience or internship experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing.
- Freshers with relevant internship experience can apply.
- Basic to good knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Knowledge of basic digital marketing metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL and ROAS.
- Analytical and result-oriented mindset.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
