We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Executive / PPC Specialist who can manage paid campaigns and drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
- Manage lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting & campaign analysis
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CPA, ROAS and improve ROI
- Setup and analyze conversion tracking using GA4 / Google Tag Manager
- Prepare campaign reports and performance insights
- Coordinate with content, design and client teams

Requirements
- 1.5 - 3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / PPC
- Strong experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Positive understanding of campaign optimization and analytics




- Experience with lead generation campaigns preferred
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and tracking setup will be an advantage
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Digital marketing agency experience preferred

Salary ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills & experience)
