- Experience with Pega certification (e.g., Pega Certified Business Analyst, Pega Certified System Architect).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

- Knowledge of other BPM tools and technologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in consultancy with a focus on Pega.
