We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented PCD Pharma Sales Executive to develop and manage our PCD pharma business. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, appointing distributors/associates, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential PCD pharma distributors, franchise partners, and medical representatives.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Promote the company's pharmaceutical products and PCD franchise opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists, and business partners.
- Handle product enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, accounts, and customer-support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and product demand.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients to increase repeat orders.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, customer interactions, and orders.




- Participate in business development activities, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns when required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Prior experience in PCD Pharma, Pharma Franchise, Pharmaceutical Sales, or Business Development is an advantage.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong customer relationship and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel, if required.

Experience
- Experienced: 1–5 years in PCD Pharma/Pharmaceutical Sales preferred.

Compensation Salary: ₹15,000–₹40,000 per month + incentives, depending on experience and performance.
