PC / SAP Operator - AI Data Center Construction, Commissioning and Operations Readiness

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced PC / SAP Operator to provide SAP and Ariba transaction support, procurement coordination, material and service-entry control, reporting and document traceability during AI Data Center construction execution. Construction execution and readiness for safe handover are the initial priorities. The role will maintain continuity through commissioning and transition to Operations where applicable.

Key Responsibilities

SAP and Ariba Transaction Processing

- Create, update and track approved purchase requisitions, purchase orders, service orders and associated records in SAP and Ariba.
- Process transactions only against authorized requests, approved budgets, contracts, rates and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate vendor, item, cost-center, WBS, tax and delivery information within assigned authorization limits.
- Monitor workflow status, pending approvals, rejected transactions and system exceptions.
- Maintain transaction logs and audit trails for all processed activities.

Procurement and Project Execution Support
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contracts, commercial, construction, logistics, stores and finance teams.
- Track requisition-to-order status for civil, MEP, OFCI equipment, services, spares and construction consumables.
- Follow up with requestors and approvers to close missing information and avoid procurement delays.
- Support expediting reports for long-lead and critical-path equipment.
- Maintain alignment between SAP or Ariba records and approved procurement trackers.

Goods Receipt, Service Entry and Invoice Support
- Coordinate goods-receipt and service-entry processing against verified delivery, inspection,



measurement or certification records.
- Check PO balance, quantity, milestone, retention, taxes and invoice-supporting documentation before processing.
- Coordinate with stores, billing engineers, package managers and finance to resolve mismatches.
- Prevent duplicate, premature or unsupported transaction processing.
- Maintain records of blocked invoices, pending service entries and action owners.

Data Quality and Document Control
- Verify completeness and consistency of master data, transaction descriptions, attachments and approval evidence.
- Maintain links between purchase orders, contracts, change orders, delivery records, invoices and payment status.
- Identify duplicate or incorrect records and coordinate authorized corrections.
- Protect commercial confidentiality and comply with system-access and segregation-of-duty requirements.
- Support internal and external audits with complete evidence.

Reporting and Handover Support
- Prepare procurement, commitment, order, delivery, service-entry and invoice-status reports.
- Highlight long-pending approvals, unutilized commitments, exhausted PO values and closure risks.
- Support contract and PO closeout, final reconciliation and release of unused commitments.
- Transfer complete open-order, warranty, vendor and critical-spares information to Operations before handover.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant engineering, procurement, administration or technical discipline.




- 7 years of overall professional experience.
- 5 years of directly relevant experience in SAP and Ariba.
- Experience supporting construction execution, testing, commissioning, handover or project closeout.

Mandatory Experience and Skills
- Hands-on SAP procurement or project transaction experience.
- Hands-on Ariba requisitioning, sourcing, ordering or workflow experience.
- Understanding of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, service entry and invoice matching.
- Strong data accuracy, document verification and audit-trail discipline.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.

Preferred Experience
- Construction, engineering, infrastructure or data center project experience.
- Exposure to SAP MM, Project Systems, service procurement or Ariba Buying.
- Experience supporting long-lead equipment and contractor-service procurement.
- Knowledge of basic commercial terms, taxes, retention and change orders.

Technical Competencies
- Strong practical knowledge of SAP activities and associated project interfaces.
- Ability to interpret applicable drawings, schedules, procedures, system records or commercial documents.
- Working knowledge of project controls, quality, safety, change and interface management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant technical, ERP or administrative software.
