Responsible for designing, developing, and completing PCB layouts using Cadence Allegro and Altium Designer based on schematics and design requirements. The role involves component placement, routing, stack-up implementation, design verification, and preparation of production-ready manufacturing data.

Key Responsibilities

- Create PCB layouts based on circuit schematics and design requirements.

- Assign and verify component footprints, symbols, padstacks, and 3D models.

- Optimize component placement based on electrical, mechanical, and thermal requirements.

- Route high-speed, analog, digital, power, and critical signals.

- Implement PCB layer stack-ups, differential pairs, length matching, and impedance-controlled routing.

- Maintain clearances, creepage, spacing, and manufacturability requirements.

- Perform Design Rule Checks (DRC) and resolve layout violations.

- Verify component orientation, pin connectivity, reference designators, and net assignments.

- Perform schematic-to-layout synchronization, cross-probing, and 3D PCB verification.

- Coordinate with schematic, hardware, and mechanical design teams.

- Prepare Gerber, NC Drill, ODB++, pick-and-place,



BOM, and other manufacturing outputs.

- Support prototype assembly, debugging, design modifications, and client reviews.

- Maintain revision control and technical documentation.

- Communicate design progress and technical issues to clients and internal teams.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Cadence Allegro / OrCAD PCB Designer and Altium Designer.

- Good knowledge of PCB layout principles, multilayer routing, and high-density PCB design.

- Understanding of high-speed design and signal-integrity considerations.

- Knowledge of differential pairs, length matching, impedance control, and power/ground planes.

- Experience with DRC, constraint management, and PCB design verification.

- Ability to read electronic schematics and troubleshoot footprint, connectivity, placement, and routing issues.

- Positive understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly processes.

- Experience preparing production-ready PCB design data.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹99,000.00 per month
