Job Summary

We are looking for a Payroll & Compliance Executive with experience in end-to-end payroll processing, bulk manpower management, and statutory compliance for multiple client organizations. Candidates from staffing, manpower outsourcing, payroll services, HR consulting, or workforce management companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple client companies and bulk manpower.
- Verify attendance, leave, LOP, overtime, incentives, deductions and other payroll inputs.
- Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS and applicable labour laws.
- Prepare payroll MIS, salary registers, compliance reports, challans and statutory returns.
- Coordinate with clients for attendance data, payroll inputs,



approvals and employee-related requirements.
- Resolve payroll and compliance-related queries from employees and clients.
- Maintain accurate employee master data, payroll records and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Operations and Finance teams for smooth payroll execution.
- NAPS & NATS Preferred Basic knowledge of NAPS/NATS apprenticeship processes will be an advantage.
- Exposure to apprentice onboarding, attendance, stipend processing and documentation.
- Understanding of DBT, apprenticeship contracts and NAPS/NATS portals will be preferred.
- Candidates from Staffing, Manpower Outsourcing, Payroll Services, Recruitment, HR Consulting, or Workforce Management companies will be preferred.
