Role: Payments SRE / Site Reliability Engineer

Work Location: Hyderabad and Noida

Experience: [7-10 Years]

Key Skills Required:

- Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering / Production Support / Platform Engineering / DevOps
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes / K8s, containers, pod health, service availability, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of Linux systems, log analysis, process management, networking, and resource monitoring
- Valuable knowledge of microservices and distributed systems
- Coding/scripting experience in Golang preferred; Java/Python can also be considered depending on profile fitment
- Experience in incident management, RCA, observability, dashboards, alerting, and production triage
- Exposure to REST APIs / gRPC, DNS, load balancing, and fintech/payments domain will be an added advantage

Role Expectations: You will be responsible for ensuring high availability and reliability of payment systems, managing production incidents, performing root cause analysis, monitoring Kubernetes workloads, supporting deployments/change activities, and coordinating with engineering/platform teams during critical issues.
