Description

We require one dedicated person for regular customer payment follow-up after invoicing.

The employee will be responsible for tracking invoices from the date of submission until payment receipt and maintaining proper follow-up records.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream.

Candidate Profile: Valuable communication skills, confidence in speaking with customers, good numerical understanding, basic Excel/ERP knowledge, disciplined follow-up ability and persistence.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintaining invoice-wise outstanding data; regularly following up with customers for payment after invoicing; recording follow-up remarks, committed payment dates and next follow-up dates; coordinating with the concerned Project Owner/CRE/Accounts team for invoice or document-related issues; escalating delayed payments; tracking payment receipts against invoices; and maintaining an updated customer-wise payment follow-up tracker.

The purpose of this position is to ensure that every invoice is regularly followed up until payment is received, rather than depending on individual Project Owners for routine collection follow-ups.
