Role Description The Patient Care Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire patient journey at the Mumbai center, ensuring compassionate, efficient, and high-quality care at every touchpoint. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating patient admissions, consultations, follow-up visits, and treatment schedules, while serving as a primary point of contact for patients and families.

The individual will collaborate closely with IVF specialists, nursing teams, embryologists, and administrative staff to streamline workflows and uphold clinical and service standards.



Day-to-day tasks include monitoring patient satisfaction, resolving service issues, implementing patient care protocols, and ensuring adherence to safety and confidentiality guidelines.

The Patient Care

Manager will also support staff training, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain accurate patient care documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent Patient Care and Quality Patient Care in a clinical or fertility setting.
- Experience in Direct Patient Care, including managing patient interactions, counseling, and ongoing support throughout treatment.
- Background in Nursing or a related clinical discipline, with strong understanding of reproductive healthcare practices.
- Experience in Training clinical and non-clinical staff on patient care protocols, communication standards, and service excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced certifications in fertility or reproductive health are an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and compliance with clinical and regulatory guidelines.
- Prior experience in IVF, maternity, or specialized healthcare centers is preferred.
