We are looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent patient experience throughout the hospital.

Responsibilities

- Assist patients with appointments, registration, and consultations.
- Coordinate between patients, doctors, nursing staff, and other departments.
- Guide patients regarding investigations, admissions, discharges, and billing.
- Address patient queries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain patient records and follow up on patient feedback.
- Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction and service quality.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; healthcare or hospital administration qualification preferred. Experience: 1–3 years in hospital operations or patient relations preferred. Positive communication skills and a patient-friendly attitude are essential.
