- The Patient Care Executive is responsible for coordinating patient care activities, managing patient relations, and ensuring that healthcare services meet quality standards. This role involves working closely with medical staff, patients, and their families to enhance the overall patient experience.

- Patient Interaction: Greet and assist patients upon arrival. Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate seamless patient care and transitions between services. Serve as a liaison between patients and medical staff, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Patient Education: Provide information and education to patients about treatment plans, procedures, and services.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate patient care practices to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with statutory regulations.




- Support Services: Assist patients with scheduling appointments, accessing resources, and navigating healthcare systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic health records (EHR).
