– IP Analyst II Location: Bangalore Experience: 2+ Years Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering Job Overview We are looking for an experienced IP Analyst II to support intellectual property (IP) activities, including patent searches, Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) analysis, technology assessment, and risk analysis. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in patent search and analytics.

Key Responsibilities • Support end-to-end IP clearance processes, including FTO searches, feature assessments, and risk analysis.

- Conduct patent searches, patent analytics, and technology landscape assessments.
- Independently coordinate with engineering teams and IP counsels to understand requirements, define project scope, and execute deliverables.
- Assist in strategic IP projects, including technology strategy research, white-space analysis, IP enforcement, and M&A; due diligence.




- Apply product and technology knowledge to identify relevant patents, potential IP risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure accurate, diligent, and timely delivery of IP analysis and reports. Must-Have Skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an Intellectual Property (IP) function.
- Hands-on experience in patent searching and patent analytics.
- Knowledge of Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) searches and patent risk assessment.
- Solid analytical, research, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Skills: Experience in technology landscape analysis, white-space analysis, and strategic IP research.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
