Role Description The Partnerships Manager is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with startups, investors, brands, and ecosystem enablers that align with The Unicorn Magazine’s mission and editorial focus.

Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and engaging potential partners, conducting discovery meetings, understanding partner objectives, and crafting collaboration proposals for media features, events, and branded content.

The Partnerships

Manager will manage ongoing partner relationships, oversee account performance, track deliverables, and coordinate with editorial, marketing,



and design teams to ensure successful execution. The role also involves analyzing partnership outcomes, preparing performance reports, maintaining an organized pipeline, and representing The Unicorn Magazine at relevant events and industry forums.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships, with a track record of building and sustaining mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Proficiency in Account Management, including relationship management, expectation setting, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication, confident presentation abilities, and effective negotiation skills.
- Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate partnership performance, interpret data, and make recommendations that support growth and efficiency.
- Background in media, startups, technology, or business ecosystems is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with CRM tools, basic reporting, and collaboration platforms to manage pipelines and partner communications.
