Job Title: Partnerships & Sponsorships Associate

Job Summary The role is responsible for building sponsorship and commercial partnership revenue across YouTube, podcasts, documentaries, digital news and other content properties. The candidate will own prospecting, proposal development, follow-ups, negotiations and commercial closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Research brands, agencies, startups and potential sponsors.
- Identify relevant decision-makers such as CMOs, Brand Heads, Marketing Heads and Partnership Heads.
- Build sponsorship pipelines across properties.
- Conduct personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls and professional networks.
- Understand sponsor objectives, budgets and decision-making processes.
- Customize proposals and sponsorship packages.
- Own follow-ups, negotiations and funnel movement.
- Close paid partnerships against revenue targets.
- Build YouTube sponsorships including long-form integrations, series sponsorships and branded segments.
- Develop podcast sponsorship opportunities.
- Build documentary and digital news sponsorship opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline information.
- Develop and improve sponsorship sales playbooks.
- Drive renewals,



upsells and cross-sells.

Required Skills

- 4–8 years of experience in Sponsorship Sales, Brand Partnerships or Commercial Partnerships.
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience in paid sponsorship/partnership sales.
- Mandatory experience with YouTube-led or digital media platforms.
- Proven experience generating paid sponsorships, branded integrations or advertising partnerships.
- Experience working with brands, agencies, marketing teams, media buyers or senior decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ownership of revenue targets and commercial closures.
- Experience managing opportunities from prospecting through proposal, negotiation and closure.
- Strong B2B sales, prospecting and follow-up skills.
- Strong CRM/pipeline management discipline.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- MBA – Finance & Marketing is mandatory.
