We're Hiring: Matchmaking Consultants / Relationship Managers (Part-time, Freelance)

Looking for 1-2 experienced matchmaking consultants who can connect with families, discuss marriage proposals professionally, and help take good matches forward.

What you'll do

- Reach out to shortlisted families and introduce proposals
- Understand each family's background, values and expectations
- Share clear written updates after every conversation
- Coordinate meetings between interested families

Who we're looking for

- Experience as a relationship manager at a matrimonial platform (Shaadi.com, Jeevansathi, BharatMatrimony) or a matchmaking agency
- Warm, respectful communication in Hindi and English
- Positive understanding of North Indian business-community families




- Based in Delhi-NCR, UP, Uttarakhand or Haryana preferred
- Discreet and trustworthy with personal information

Engagement: Part-time, remote, flexible hours. Fixed fee, plus an attractive incentive for every successful match .
