Experience: 0-2 Years (Preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily packing operations for agrochemical products, including liquids, powders, and granules.

- Ensure proper filling, sealing, labeling, coding, and packaging as per production standards.

- Allocate manpower and monitor packing line productivity.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies.

- Maintain packing material stock and production records.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, and Warehouse teams.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and secure handling of agrochemical products.

Requirements:

- ITI, Diploma, or Graduate in a relevant field.

- Experience in packing operations, preferably in the agrochemical or chemical industry.

- Knowledge of packing machinery, manpower handling, and safety procedures.

- Good supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
