As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance.

Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and enhance application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.




- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management, Contract Management
- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within packaged or SaaS environments.
- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application capabilities.
- Ability to manage software releases and ensure system stability during updates.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving in complex application landscapes.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
