Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Procure to Pay (P2P) to manage and oversee end-to-end P2P/Accounts Payable operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in invoice processing, PO/Non-PO processes, vendor management, reconciliations, payments, and P2P process operations, along with team-handling exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) / Accounts Payable operations.
- Handle PO and Non-PO invoice processing, validation and accounting.
- Perform 2-way and 3-way invoice matching and resolve exceptions.
- Manage vendor queries, vendor reconciliation and payment-related issues.
- Monitor AP aging, outstanding invoices and payment status.
- Handle GR/IR reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, procurement teams and vendors for issue resolution.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Support month-end closing, reporting and reconciliations.




- Identify process gaps and support process improvement and standardization.
- Guide and mentor team members and manage escalations where required.
- Ensure adherence to process controls, SLA and compliance requirements.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in P2P / Procure to Pay / Accounts Payable.
- Hands-on experience in Invoice Processing.
- Valuable knowledge of PO & Non-PO processes.
- Experience in 2-way / 3-way matching.
- Vendor management and vendor reconciliation.
- Payment processing and AP operations.
- Knowledge of GR/IR and invoice reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Team handling/people management experience is preferred.

Candidate Requirements relevant P2P/AP experience.

- Graduate in any discipline; Finance/Commerce background preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fixed US shift.
- Candidates with strong P2P operations and team-handling experience will be preferred.
