Role Description The Owner role at BKK Championship is a full-time, on-site position based in Meerut, responsible for providing overall strategic leadership and direction for the organization. The role involves overseeing event planning and execution, managing budgets and financial performance, and guiding marketing, branding, and partnership initiatives.

The Owner will work closely with athletes, coaches, and promotion teams to ensure high-quality events and long-term athlete development. Daily responsibilities include supervising staff, setting performance targets, building relationships with sponsors and media partners, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards. The role also requires monitoring market trends in combat sports, identifying growth opportunities, and representing the organization in high-level negotiations and public engagements.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
- Background in sports management, event management, or combat sports promotion, with proven experience in organizing or supervising live events.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, revenue planning, and cost control,



with the ability to make data-informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with sponsors, media, and international partners.
- Strategic planning and business development skills, with the ability to identify recent markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
- Knowledge of combat sports (such as Kickboxing, Kun Khmer, or Bare Knuckle) and familiarity with athlete development and safety standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Meerut, maintain a hands-on presence at events, and travel as needed across operating regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or equivalent experience in entrepreneurship or sports promotion are an advantage.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments, with an understanding of regional regulations and cultural dynamics in Asia and the Middle East.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to building a sustainable and inclusive combat sports ecosystem.
