Role Overview

Boop.org Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized On-Ground Activities & Outdoor Advertising Coordinator to manage on-ground promotional activities and outdoor advertising campaigns. The role involves coordinating field teams, vendors, materials, and installations to ensure timely execution, quality control, and consistent brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute promotional activities, brand activations, roadshows, and outdoor advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate hoardings, banners, signage, vehicle branding, and other advertising installations.
- Conduct site visits to check locations, measurements, visibility, accessibility, and installation requirements.
- Coordinate with printers, fabricators, installers, transport partners, and local vendors.
- Brief promoters and field teams, assign duties, and monitor attendance and performance.
- Arrange material dispatch, delivery, installation, maintenance, and removal as per campaign schedules.
- Coordinate required site permissions and approvals with relevant stakeholders.
- Check branding quality, placement,



and adherence to approved artwork.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide regular progress updates.
- Maintain execution reports, photographs, vendor quotations, expense records, and completion documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in field marketing, outdoor advertising, events, or branding execution.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of printing, branding materials, and installation processes.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, email, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple sites, coordinate vendors, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours during campaign execution.
- Graduation preferred; relevant practical experience will also be considered.

Success in This Role Success will be measured by timely campaign execution, quality installations, reliable vendor and team coordination, accurate reporting, and effective cost control.
