Role & responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Point-of-Sale (POS)

- Order Processing: Greet guests warmly, accurately enter orders into the POS system, and handle cash or digital payments efficiently.
- Upselling: Suggest recent menu items, combo deals, or limited-time offers to increase average order value.
- Guest Relations: Address customer inquiries, accommodate dietary restrictions, and resolve complaints professionally during peak rush hours.

2. Food Preparation & Quality Assurance

- Standardized Cooking: Prepare, assemble, and cook food items strictly following standardized recipes, portion controls, and brand guidelines.
- Food Safety: Monitor food freshness, ensure correct holding temperatures, and prevent cross-contamination to guarantee food safety compliance.
- Speed of Service:



Assemble and package orders accurately and quickly to maintain fast turnaround times.

3. Cleanliness, Hygiene & Operations

- Sanitization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace by washing dishes, cleaning grills/fryers, and sanitizing dining tables and counters.
- Inventory Management: Stock serving stations, condiment bars, and coolers, while alerting supervisors to low supply levels to prevent shortages.
- Checklists: Complete opening, closing, and shift-change checklists according to company policy.
