We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Outbound Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our training programs and workshops, and converting leads into registrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to interested leads and potential customers.
- Explain our sound healing workshops and training programs.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer queries and encourage registrations.
- Maintain daily calling records and update lead details.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply.
