ABOUT THE ROLE

Desi Farms is looking for a customer-focused Inside Sales Executive / Out Bound Sales Executive to engage with prospective and existing customers remotely, understand their requirements, share relevant product information, support the sales process and build long-term customer relationships.

Experience: 2+ yrs

Location: Viman nagar, Sakore Nagar -Pune

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Connect with prospective and existing customers through phone calls and other communication channels to explain products and services.
- Understand customer needs, answer product-related questions and recommend suitable offerings.
- Follow up on inquiries, maintain regular communication and support customers through the purchase process.
- Maintain accurate customer information, enquiry records, call logs and follow-up details in the database.
- Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business through timely and professional communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support order updates,



customer requests and issue resolution.
- Prepare routine activity reports and ensure all customer interactions are recorded accurately.
- Follow company policies, communication standards and customer service procedures.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, BPO or customer relationship management.
- Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Solid listening, interpersonal, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools for maintaining customer information and reports.
- Organized, proactive and able to manage customer enquiries and follow-ups independently.
- Professional attitude, problem-solving ability and a collaborative approach to working with teams.
