Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Outbound Sales Agents to join our international BPO team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to international customers, promoting products or services, generating leads, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to international customers and potential clients.
- Promote and sell products or services to achieve sales targets.
- Generate leads, identify customer needs, and convert prospects into sales.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits effectively.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate to close deals.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure qualified communication and compliance with company policies.





Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or international calling is preferred.
- Ability to handle objections and work in a target-driven environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Willingness to work night or rotational shifts.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Freshers with excellent English communication and sales aptitude may apply.
- International BPO or outbound sales experience will be an advantage.
